Donation & Community Event Policy
Our Commitment
The St. Marys Lincolns are proud to support our community through donations and player appearances. We
give preference to hockey-related events, youth programs, and initiatives that strengthen our role in the
community.
Donation Requests
- Must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Include: event details, benefiting organization, expected impact, and specific request.
- Limit: one donation per organization per season.
Priority: hockey programs, schools, youth events, community fundraisers.
Not considered: individual aid, political/religious/for-profit events, requests outside our region (unless hockey/youth related).
Player Appearance Requests
- Submit at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Subject to player availability & game schedules.
- Adult supervision from host organization required.
- Priority: youth, school, hockey, and health-focused events.
- Appearances are free but may be declined if not aligned with team priorities.

- Submit your request by completing the form below.
- Reviewed by Community Engagement Committee.
- You’ll receive confirmation if approved.
Branding & Recognition
Organizations are encouraged to recognize the St. Marys Lincolns in event promotions. Use of team logos or player likeness requires prior approval.
