St. Marys Lincolns will hold their annual golf tournament on Saturday, June 22 at River Valley Golf and Country Club.

Organizers say a maximum of 30 four-person teams (120 golfers) can sign up for the GOJHL team’s fundraising event. It will again be a Texas Scramble format, with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

Entry fee is $150 per golfer, which includes a power cart and steak dinner.

The golf tourney chairmen are Dan Murrell and Brian Hughes. Contact them with your foursomes by emailing: lincolnsgolf@gmail.com.

The tournament is already “20 per cent” full.

Several impressive items will be auctioned following the dinner, including a President’s Cup package. The prestigious 2024 President’s Cup will be held at the Royal Montreal Golf Club, Sept. 26-29. The package is for two people and covers four days, including tickets and hotel accommodations.

The popular golf ball toss will also be held, where patrons purchase balls and toss them off the River Valley patio onto the No. 9 green. Closest ball to the hole wins the 50-50 cash prize.
